In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approved the developing regulations of Organic Law 15/1999, EASYLOG, with registered offices at Goya 102, 28009 – Madrid, informs all users of the website who provide their personal data that such data  will be added to an automated file of personal data owned by EASYLOG in order to effectively provide the online service offered on the website, to manage and maintain the relationship with users, to respond to their requests and to manage their registration and use of the “Careers” section

In particular, users may submit their personal data on the form found in the “Careers” section after accepting the data protection disclaimer which contains all of the information required under data protection laws.

Users must read the text of the disclaimer carefully and give their consent before providing their personal data.

By accepting the privacy policy, users explicitly agree that their data may be disclosed to other member companies of the easylog group, some of which are located in non-member countries of the European Economic Area that have not been declared by the European Commission to have an adequate level of personal data protection. Users are responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the personal data they provide. easylog reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any User who provides false information, without prejudice to the other actions available under the law. 

EASYLOG respects the user’s right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the personal data in the file by sending a request in writing to the address indicated above. Pursuant to the applicable data protection laws, the person making the written request must provide the following information: full name, postal address and a photocopy of his or her National ID card (DNI) or any legally valid form of identification and the specific request being made.
